I cannot access the UpToDate mobile app via the RUC Library, what should I do?

Your access to the UpToDate mobile app must be re-verified once every 90 days. To re-verify your access log into your UpToDate account from a Radford computer or while connected to the Radford VPN.

For up-to-date information on installing and using the VPN software, choose the relevant instructions for either Windows or PCs from the IT One Stop database.

If you are having problems with the VPN, please use the Get Help! feature on IT One Stop.
