Radford University students, faculty and staff can request that a RU Technology Assistance Center agent access their machine remotely. Appointments can be made by calling (540) 831-7500 or by submitting a ticket via submit tickets on ITOneStop.
Note: If you wish to visit The RU Technology Assistance Center it is located in Walker Hall, not the McConnell Library building.
