Any student or faculty member who Radford University has classified as an online/distance education student or faculty member can request circulating (non-Ready Reference or Special Collection) items such as books and audiovisual items from McConnell Library sent directly to their home address at no charge.  To do this you will need to set up a library account for yourself. Then use the catalog or SuperSearch to request the item. You will receive an envelope with prepaid postage to return the item. If you have moved recently, please contact us to be sure we have your current address.

SuperSearch - If you are specifically searching for physical items in McConnell Library such as books, DVDs etc., use SuperSearch, the main search box on the library's homepage. To request an item be sent to you click on the title, then on the "Place Hold" button. Login using your Library Account username (RU ID Number) and password (NOT RU email user information). Change pickup location to "Mail to Self (online/distance ed patrons only)."
