The Research Help Desk provides research assistance that supports the library’s mission to invite and inspire learning, intellectual and artistic creativity, and the free and open exploration of ideas.
As the Research Help Desk can be busy, the service we provide to our different patron groups may vary.
- Radford University students- Priority is given to supporting the academic research needs and student success of Radford University’s community.
- Radford University faculty- Faculty may wish to view our policy on faculty research assistance.
- Public patrons– while we are happy to assist our public patrons with their research needs, our assistance prioritizes the needs of Radford University students and faculty. Public patrons with a high volume of non-academic research requests may find that they are better served by the Radford Public Library.
