Research Help Desk Policy

In order to provide our patrons with an excellent Research Help Desk (RHD) experience we have created a Research Help Desk Policy LibGuide that delineates the services we will provide, may provide and those that we do not provide in three different tabs. It also outlines what different patron groups can expect. The Research Help Desk staff respect the confidentiality and privacy of all patron groups.

Research Help Desk staff

Our team is made up of librarians, graduate assistants and student assistants. Only our librarians are trained to be able to perform our full listing of services. Graduate assistants and student assistants may need to refer complex questions to a librarian. You can get help in a number of ways: drop in during RHD hours, Ask a Librarian 24/7 chat, email, or by setting up a consultation in person or through Zoom
