Go to the Nexis Uni (Formerly known as LexisNexis Academic) database
Step 1: Go to "Guided Search" menu.
Step 2: Select the "Cases" link.
Step 3. Once you select "Cases" then "Which Jurisdiction?" options should display.
A. Select "State Cases."
B. Enter state.
Step 5: Enter your search terms in the "About" box. If you want to narrow your date range click on "All Dates" and pick the appropriate option. Click the "search" button.
