All public computers in the library and on campus should have Respondus Lockdown pre-installed and have webcams.

Here are instructions on how to turn on the webcam, if you need this option for the test: https://radford.libanswers.com/faq/240826. The Front Desk of the library offers headphones, if you would like to borrow some.

Respondus Lockdown should open automatically when you open the quiz; there is no need to install it.

If you are trying to find a private room with a public computer that has Respondus:

  1. The Harvey Center offers two quiet rooms for reservation through Starfish, both with computers and Respondus. Click on the link to "Reserve a Workstation" on the Harvey Center webpage: Select either McConnell 442 or 443.
  2. If you have a formal accommodation through the Center for Accessibility Services, contact them for testing assistance.
  3. If both rooms 442 and 443 in the Harvey Center are booked, the Front Desk of the library may be able to reserve the Assistive Technology room.
