If you are logged into one of the library's computers you should see a papercut window in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This will show your printing fund balance.

Note: As of September 27, 2018, your printing balance will include any unused balance from the $5.00 of printing money added to your account in the fall, in addition to any money in your RU ONE Card account. Once you have used the $5.00 originally in your printing account, the system will automatically draw from your RU ONE Card account.

If you want to add money to your RU ONE card follow these instructions.

To see your transaction history, recent print jobs or jobs pending, click on "Details."

This should open a browser window. If you see a security warning, click on "Advanced" to proceed.

Your RU username should appear in the login window. Type in your RU password, and then click "Log in."

Click on the relevant option to access the information you want to view.

Note: In the summary, "Balance" is the original $5.00 of printing money. CBORD Balance is your RU Express balance.

If you are logged into one of the library's computers and you don't see the PaperCut window in the upper right corner, look at the bottom right of your computer screen. To the left of the clock is an upside down V. Click on it, then select the green "P." This should open a browser window that allows you to access your PaperCut account.
