The printers can be used to scan 8.5 X 11 paper sheets and email the scanned PDF document to a Radford University email address. Documents can only be sent to RU email addresses.

Put the document in the top feeder tray.

  • Make sure it is face up, so what you want to scan is facing up.
  • The top of the sheet should go into the machine first.

On the monitor

  • Click "scan to" button
  • Click "email" button
  • Type the desired RU email
  • Click enter
  • Click "scan" button

If you sent it to your own email, open the document to double-check it went through correctly.
