If you do not see a printer with a name starting with ML or Pay-for-Print, you will need to manually add a printer to the library computer that you are using. (Note: you cannot print from your laptop).  Here are instructions on how to add a printer to the computer:

  • Go to the PC's "Start menu." This is the "Start a search" search box on the left side of the tool bar at the bottom of the computer's screen.
  • Type in \\papercut-lab then hit "enter."
  • Type the first part of your printer's name in the search box in the top right corner of the Papercut window.
  • Select the printer nearest to you by locating its name in the search results and double-clicking on it. All of our printers are labeled. ML331 will bring up the three printers on the main (3rd) floor of the library.

There are three printers on the third (main) floor, one on the fourth floor an done on the fifth floor. Each printer has two names one for black and white (BW) and one for color (COLOR) option. Each printer should have a label with its name on the wall behind it.

3rd Floor -

  • ML-331-BW2
  • ML-331-COLOR2
  • ML-331-BW4
  • ML-331-COLOR4
  • ML-331-BW5
  • ML-331-COLOR5

4th Floor

  • ML-431-BW
  • ML-431-COLOR

5th Floor

  • ML-559A-BW
  • ML-559A-COLOR

If you are still experiencing printing problems, please ask a library staff member for help. We are happy to assist.
