Public patrons are allowed to check out most physical library materials.

Public patrons can access online materials such as articles, streaming videos or eBooks while in McConnell library. Due to our licensing agreements, public patrons cannot access these online resources from home.

Fall 2021 - Some ebooks are currently requiring users to use DUO authentication in order to access them in McConnell Library. To authenticate, enter the public login user name and password. You may be able to access the book at this point or you may need to complete one more step. In the case of the latter, select the first green button that says "Call me". It will have the system call the front desk phone (-5364).

You may want to notify the Front Desk beforehand that you will be doing this.

Information regarding acquiring a McConnell Library library card is available on our Checking Out Items webpage.
