All public computers in the library and on campus should have Respondus Lockdown pre-installed and have webcams.
Here are instructions on how to turn on the webcam, if you need this option for the test: https://radford.libanswers.com/faq/240826. The Front Desk of the library offers headphones, if you would like to borrow some.
Respondus Lockdown should open automatically when you open the quiz; there is no need to install it.
If you are trying to find a private room with a public computer that has Respondus:
- The Harvey Center offers two quiet rooms for reservation through Starfish, both with computers and Respondus. Click on the link to "Reserve a Workstation" on the Harvey Center webpage: Select either McConnell 442 or 443.
- If you have a formal accommodation through the Center for Accessibility Services, contact them for testing assistance.
- If both rooms 442 and 443 in the Harvey Center are booked, the Front Desk of the library may be able to reserve the Assistive Technology room.
