It depends what software/browser you are using:

Microsoft Office: It is a four step process: (1) Go to File > Print. (2) Click on "Print One Sided". (3) Click on "Printer Properties." (4) In the dialog box under "Double Sided Printing" choose "None"; then Click "OK".

Google ChromeIt is a four step process: (1) Hold down Ctrl and P keys or right click and select print. (2) Under "options" uncheck "two-sided."  (3) Click on “Print using system dialog.” (4) Click on “preferences.” (5) Under “Double-sided Printing” select none.
 
FirefoxIt is a three step process: (1) Hold down Ctrl and P keys or right click and select print. (2) Click on “preferences.” (3) Under “Double-sided Printing” select none.
 
Microsoft Edge: This is currently not an option.
