Location of printers

If you are in the Library Commons on the main floor, printers are located by the columns near the Ask a Librarian sign/Research Help Desk. You can identify which printer to use by the sign on the column in the row you are seated. For example, the middle column uses the printer labeled “BW-5 or COLOR-5.”

To select color or black-and-white

When you print your file, select the printer closest to you named BW- if you would like to print in black-and-white, and select COLOR- to print in color.

If you are a public user, please use the directions on the back of your login paper to print.

Costs

One-sided: 5 cents per page for black-and-white, and 10 cents for color.

Double-sided: If you are printing double-sided (duplex), you will be charged 7 cents per two-sided page for black-and-white, and 20 cents for color.
